Climate Change itself is unfair too,
since it will hit developing countries two times harder than developed ones; firstly because these countries are tipically located in equatorial areas, which will be more affected by the extreme effects caused by climate change; secondly because they have less instruments and services to tackle and limit such impacts.
Here you can find a somewhat clearer explanation.
Anyway, such effects will call for a deep adaptation in consumption and every day life habits in developed countries. Simply think about food security for the future, as highlighted by the head of World Bank, Jim Yong Kim.
That’s not impossible, but we must act decisively towards a more sustainable and resilient society.
